ISPILUA was founded with a clear ambition: to transform the relationship between people and digital environments through an interactive experience capable of responding in a more natural, visual, and personalized way.

The challenge was not simply to build an attractive interface, but to shape a system capable of combining user experience, visual identity, real-time interaction, and technological logic designed to evolve.

From the outset, the goal has been to lay the groundwork for an Affective Virtual Mirror: a solution capable of interpreting the user, adapting to the context, and offering a more fluid, immersive, and distinctive experience.

To achieve this, it was necessary to translate complex research into a tangible proposal: a clear platform, a solid initial visual architecture, and an experience that could evolve into future prototypes and real-world use cases.

Touch down.

At Scott & Irwin, we have worked on the initial definition of the user experience, the visual structure, and the interaction logic of the project.

During this first phase, we developed a conceptual and functional foundation that allows us to begin transforming ISPILUA into a real digital experience: clearer, more user-friendly, and ready to integrate with the project’s technological developments.

The result so far is a first strategic version of the product: a clear direction on how ISPILUA should look, feel, and evolve in the following phases.

Scope of the impact.

Installing the AR Mirror totem will transform our store into an enhanced experience:

Draw effect and increased foot traffic: The totem’s visual and technological appeal acts as a magnet from the storefront or

Transforming the experience: It turns the traditional shopping process into an interactive and memorable experience. It significantly increases the fan’s dwell time in the store.

Sales acceleration: By enabling instant virtual clothing try-ons, it encourages impulse buying and facilitates cross-selling (suggesting matching hats or scarves on the same screen).

Virality and organic reach: Users will tend to record themselves and take photos with the augmented reality experience to share them on Instagram or TikTok. This generates free publicity and amplifies the reach of the Baskonia brand beyond the store’s walls.
