HAZI Interactive Experiences

HAZI

Mission Challenge.

  • Date: January 2026
  • Client: HAZI
  • Location: San Sebastián, Spain

HAZI needed to communicate its role in the rural, coastal and food development of the Basque Country in a clearer and more engaging way.

The challenge was to transform complex institutional and strategic content into an experience that could connect territory, sectors, infrastructures, sustainability and value chains through a single visual narrative.

Rather than presenting information in a linear format, the project required a tool that would help audiences explore, understand and remember how HAZI’s areas of action are connected to the Basque territory.

Touch down.

Scott & Irwin developed an interactive digital experience based on a progressive visual journey through different territorial scales.

The experience guides the user towards “Hiria”, a symbolic 3D city where the main contents are organised through points of interest, visual layers and information panels.

Within this environment, users can explore key themes related to the Basque Country, the agri-food sector, rural development, sustainability, value chains and HAZI’s mission.

The result is a tool that combines 3D interaction, territorial storytelling and strategic communication to make complex information easier to understand, present and remember.

Scope of the impact.

The application gives HAZI a distinctive communication tool for presentations, fairs, institutional meetings and strategic contexts.

Instead of simply viewing information, users can navigate through it, activate content and understand connections visually.

Its scalable structure also allows the experience to grow over time by adding new content, thematic blocks or layers of information as HAZI’s narrative evolves.
