Lonbali opened its new flagship store in Madrid with a clear ambition: to transform the purchase of a handbag into a personal and memorable experience.

They wanted every visitor to be able to explore their style, compare and discover unique combinations.

The challenge was to turn the moment of choosing your favorite accessory into an interactive process aligned with the brand’s identity.

Touch down.

We created the Lonbali Interactive Table, a touchtable digital screen located in the center of the store that visually integrates with its universe of curves, soft tones, and characteristic calm.

Far from being a simple display, this table is an extension of the brand’s spirit, allowing customers to explore collections through intuitive gestures, view colors, patterns, and accessories in real time, see the true potential of each bag, and discover the accessories that best complement their choice.

All of this is controlled from a CMS so that Lonbali can update content, campaigns, and news without relying on technical support.

The table has become another part of the space: a technological device as a natural extension of the brand’s DNA.

Scope of the impact.

The interactive table became the centerpiece of the flagship experience and a point of connection between the brand and the customer.

Estimated results:

• 2,000 interactions per month on average.

• +35% average time spent in store.

• +28% conversion on featured products.

• 83% of users said it made their purchasing decision easier.

Along with the new Lonbali store, a new way of discovering the brand has been added: more immersive, more personal, and more aligned with its creative spirit.
